Privacy policy

The prayer-request service is free. A donation is a separate choice, is not required for a request to be accepted, and does not affect its order or completion.

The application does not link a prayer request to a donation and does not send prayer content into the payment process.

To provide the service, we store who the request is for, the person's name, mother's name if provided, prayer category, personal message if provided, locale, status and dates. Email is optional and is used only for receipt and completion updates.

We also store the consent version and minimal operational metadata needed to prevent abuse and duplicates and to keep the service reliable. The information is not used to publish the request.

The person's name, mother's name, personal message, email and duplicate-prevention key are deleted 30 days after the prayer is completed. The exact boundary is 30 full days after the prayer is completed, or 30 full days after the request is rejected when it is rejected. Only non-personal operational data remains.

This deletion applies to the application's database. We cannot promise deletion of an independently required third-party record that the application does not control.

Resend processes the email address and service-message details needed to send receipt and completion notices; prayer content is not included in those service messages.

Cloudflare and Neon may process the minimum hosting, database, security and traffic data needed to operate the service. We do not state an unverified location, legal role or contractual commitment here.

Cardcom hosts checkout and collects payer, payment and receipt information. Separately, this application retains only operational provider references, amount, ILS currency, locale, donation type and reconciliation status; payer identity is not copied into this database.

Donation and accounting records are retained only under applicable accounting and operational requirements and the policy that is verified. This document does not invent a retention period.
